2008 Single Vineyard Chardonnay

With our 2008 Chardonnay we aimed to create a wine with good varietal character and a subtle oak influence that complements the natural fruit characters without overpowering them. To achieve this 25% of the juice was fermented in new french oak barriques with another 25% portion fermented in one year old french oak.  The resulting wine has an intense fruity nose with peach, melon and citrus notes complemented by a creamy oak undertone. On the palate, the oak is well integrated with crisp citrus and mineral characters balanced by a luxurious creaminess from some lees stirring.

2009 Pemberton Classic White

A crisp, clean, fruity blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay; this wine is an easy, drink-any-time style. With plenty of citrus, lime and grassy aromas backed up by kumquat and lemon on the palate and a crisp, lingering acidity. This is the perfect wine for lazying away a warm summer afternoon.

2008 Amici

This is our Sparkling Pinot Noir, made in the traditional Methode Champenoise. The wine is left to mature on lees for a minimum

of nine months, after which it is disgorged, packaged and ready to be sold. The time on lees has given the wine a lovely creamy

texture with hints of bread, well balanced with a crisp, dry palate and fresh citrus characters.
